Use of the service

MyShopBuy is provided free of charge for lawful personal and commercial use. You may not use the platform to process illegal content, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to resell access to it as your own product.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees. Features may change, be added, or be retired as the product evolves.

Intellectual property

The MyShopBuy name, design and code are ours. Any content you process with our tools remains entirely yours — we claim no rights over it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyShopBuy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Always keep backups of important files.
